Phil Andrews is Getenergy’s co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. Phil’s job is to lead the Getenergy team, build and guide the company strategy with Getenergy’s Board of Directors as well as bringing new people into our Getenergy community.
Phil won the Young Entrepreneur of 2004 award in London, UK and sits on the Board of the Higher Education Academy. He is also an Honorary Life Member of Nottingham University where he studied Politics and ran the University Theatre!

Peter is a director of Getenergy Ltd and a consultant in international education and training, with a particular focus on relationships with business and industry. He was director of education for GEC plc and the Marconi Corporation until 2003 and had an earlier career with the British Council in Africa, the Middle East, and the UK where he worked extensively in the management of international education projects and in education and training trade promotion'

After training as an Engineer in the aviation industry Roger spent a year working for Voluntary Service Overseas, (VSO) a charitable organisation based in the UK committed to helping developing countries.
Thereafter he joined Shell International and spent his early career years in the Middle East working offshore on exploration and production drilling rigs. Roger held a series of other technical and supervisory assignments. He worked in West Africa as Technical Director and in Europe as the General Manager for the Southern North Sea gas business. Prior to leaving Shell in December 2003 he was based in The Hague as the Head of Technical Resource responsible for the competency and deployment of 12,000 technical professional worldwide.
