We need that centre accommodate a visit by our key management people. They will be keen to understand how a world-class training centre functions: what sort of equipment it has, what kind of training courses it offers, what are the means of delivery (classroom, practical hands-on or on-line training). The visit to the training centre should be combined with a specific training course on the philosophy of delivering training – how to gain the best results.
The visit should be viewed as a one-off tailored project and we would expect to pay for it through a “consulting services agreement”.
