Qatar-based liquefied natural gas enterprise RasGas has awarded a contract for downstream gas processes to logistics services provider Agility.
Agility is to provide a range of functions to RasGas over the coming four years, ranging from customs clearance to transportation and freight forwarding.
The logistics firm adds that its services cater for the needs of both upstream and downstream gas operators.
Chief executive officer of the company in the Middle East and North Africa Elias Monem comments: "Qatar is crucially important to the growth of Agility in the region and this deal represents an important milestone in our company's six-year history locally."
Agility adds that the four-year contract is valued at many millions of dollars.
The logistics firm advises that companies which are relocating employees can help them to feel secure by aiding them in learning about their new location.
Such learning can range from the financial pressures of a new home to cultural and geographic issues, the company adds.
