Global recruiting and professional services firm Ajilon has announced that its role in the Australian oil and gas industry has been extended with a new contract with Woodside Energy.
The broad two-year deal will cover fields such as application and infrastructure development, architecture, technology and support services, and will also strengthen the company's training and development services capacity.
Ajilon's Western Australia resources sector director Annabel Flynn explained that with the security of the two-year contract, the company can push ahead with the development of the Oil and Gas IT and Business Solutions Centre of Excellence (COE).
"Our aim in establishing the COE is to position Ajilon as the preferred IT and business consulting supplier to companies operating in this sector," she explained.
The company has also recently signed a pair of multi-year, multibillion-dollar contract with two private and public sector clients, HBF and Landgate, to deliver major IT applications and development support services.
