Oil and gas companies in central and South America looking to improve workforce competence could be aided by a consulting and solutions firm.
RWD Technologies has opened an office in Colombia, which it says will help oil and gas, refining and chemical companies accelerate workforce competency and overcome cultural barriers.
As well as this, its performance solutions also aim to maximise resources, regulatory compliance, performance and profitability.

"Through a comprehensive portfolio of integrated solutions and methodologies, RWD will enable and empower clients to overcome internal and external challenges," he comments.
Solutions available include oil and gas training in systems, workforce improvement and support, safety training and maintenance.
