Atlas Interactive will utilise the services of Syberworks to provide its workers in the Middle East with comprehensive oil training programmes.
Harry van der Vossen, chief operating officer at Atlas Interactive, said that while the company is an industry leader in oil and gas training services, it needed to complement its own in-house facilities to ensure that its construction workers received both classroom-based and on-the-job training.
"We thought about developing a classroom management system internally, but soon realised that the time and manpower expenses would far outweigh the cost of purchasing a piece of technology already developed for this training scenario," he said.
Meanwhile, Dave Boggs, chief executive officer of SyberWorks, added that the software provided by the group offered robust, flexible and highly-configurable oil training options for the industry.
Atlas Interactive's training and development products are used by more than 150,000 people worldwide every year.
The company has served the oil and gas industry since 1995, offering an extensive suite of training programmes.
