Brunei's K-MAS Management has been awarded training partner status by the International Business Training Association (IBTA), allowing it to operate under the IBTA banner in Brunei, Malaysia and the Philippines.
As well as servicing business development training needs for the oil and gas industry, K-MAS works with clients in fields such as IT and urban planning, delivering three main services: training, consulting and trade facilitation.
The Borneo Bulletin reports that with the Certified Business Professional training under its belt, K-MAS will enable management executives in Brunei, Malaysia and the Philippines to operate to the most contemporaneous and rigorous professional development standards.
Initial training modules are set to begin in November at the company's base in Jaya Setia square in Berakas, in the Brunei-Muara district of the independent state.
A focus will be placed on developing tailored, sector-specific training regimes to suit its wide client base, the company stated.
