ENOC has proudly launched its third annual training scheme to help disadvantaged youths in the UAE further their career prospects.
Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) has launched the third instalment of a comprehensive training and development programme to help disadvantaged Emirati youths to embark on exciting and rewarding new careers.
The ENOC Challenge III training initiative kicked off yesterday (June 7th) and is being run in partnership with Red Crescent and Rashid Paediatric Therapy Centre, both of which nominated the 20 youths taking part in the training programme.
After completing the eight-week course - extended to six months for those with special needs - the students will be presented with a training certificate and a career opportunity with ENOC.
"There are many challenges in life and we should face them with determination. That is the underlying philosophy of the ENOC Challenge," said Saif Al Falasi, ENOC group general manager.
The training programme continued to expand in its third year, extending the number of students enrolled in the programme from 15.
