Falck Nutec is proud to announce the introduction of the new Minimum Industry Safety Training (MIST) module to its training programmes.

The new course, accredited by Opito, has been designed as an orientation and immersion programme aimed at entry level workers serving the UK offshore oil and gas industry.

Commenting on the development, Graham Gall, managing director for Falck Nutec UK, said: "This new course will add to our extensive portfolio, where we already cater for new entrants to the oil and gas industry through our Basic Offshore Safety Induction and Emergency Training."

The group is also offering consultancy services that will allow firms operating in the offshore sector to integrate the MIST course into their existing training programmes.

Falck Nutec has also recently announced that it has achieved accreditation for two courses developed by the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health.
