Invensys Operations Management has announced the latest addition to its product base, a new oil, gas and water well flow testing training simulator developed in partnership with SPT.

Combining SPT's OLGA well testing training simulation software and its own DynSim technology, Invensys has delivered a new training interface offering dynamic lifecycle simulation and online modelling.

"It's another example of a successful cooperation between two leading companies and we look forward to working with SPT Group to deliver another best-in-class solution for the mutual benefit of our oil and gas clients," said Tobias Scheele, vice-president of advanced applications at Invensys Operations Management.

The new software will allow engineers to accurately test flows at an array of subsea and topside processing and oil and gas production facilities.

Other market-leading training and development simulation solutions from Invensys Operations Management include Foxboro, Triconex and SimSci-Esscor.
