Axial Vector Energy Corporation (AVEC), a developer of downstream oil processes and alternative energy sources, has embarked on a global awareness campaign which coincides with its creation of a new web presence.

Company president and chief executive officer Sanjai Chhaunker suggests that the development "clearly outlines the success strategy of the new AVEC".

He adds that September 9th and 10th mark the company's embarkation on its awareness initiative, which includes informing investors about its products.

AVEC previously revealed that Petrosonics, its Petro AVEC JV partner, had been awarded patent rights in Russia for a downstream oil process designed to remove compounds of nitrogen and sulphur from a number of kinds of oil.

Heavy gas oil and diesel oil are among these, with the process involving a combination of oxidation and sonic energy.

Initially granted on a 20-year basis, there is the opportunity later to extend the patent by a further five years.
