Planet Resource Recovery has announced that it has completed its first training and development seminar in Denver, Colorado as it looks to expand its presence in the US with its trademark Petroluxus brand.
The fluid is used widely in oil sands projects, oil farm cleaning and oil spill clean-ups and is a safe and efficient method of recovering all petroleum-based products.
Planet ran the training course to expand its downstream marketing operations throughout the US and included an orientation in the enhanced oil recovery industry and the realised gains of Petroluxus against its competitors.
The group will target the marginal well market, which number around 500,000.
Among those in attendance were eight veteran sales agents and an additional three members from an environmental engineering agency.
The marketing project is being overseen by Michael Sullivan, a decorated sales executive who was appointed earlier this month to quickly establish a strong brand presence in the US market.
