Rotorcraft has announced that it will continue to provide top class aviation support services to oil and gas firms operating in the Mexican Gulf.
In a statement on the finalisation of the acquisition of Bristow Group, company founder and president Lloyd Marks said that it expanded on the firm's core mission: to provide first-class aviation services that focus on safety above all else.
He added that the company would continue to develop this competence with the completion of its new operations, training and communications centre.
Meanwhile, Rodger Bagwell, chief executive officer of Rotorcraft, said that he is looking forward to integrating the Bristow staff into the company through training and development.
"We are equally excited about the addition of our new employees, who we hand-selected to join the Rotorcraft team to ensure our new accounts are serviced successfully following a smooth transition," he said.
The acquisition of Bristow was originally announced in August of this year.
