The Mohammed Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development has welcomed Nouf Al Abdul Razzaq, the new general manager of BP Kuwait, to a hosted event held in the UAE.
Addressing members of the leadership training organisation at the Al-Murooj Rotana Hotel in Dubai, Ms Al Abdul Razzaq spoke of her rise to prominence and the skills she has called upon in becoming the first ever Kuwaiti national to take up the general manager position of BP Kuwait.
"Nouf Al Abdul Razzaq has had extensive experience with other business organisations in Kuwait and in London, which has helped mould her leadership skills and corporate expertise," commented Awadh Seghayer Al-Ketbi, chief executive of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Programme for Leadership Development.
The centre has been designed to nurture the leadership potential of both young and senior students through three training programmes entitled Promising Leaders, Young Leaders and Government Leaders.
Each training module has been designed to strengthen career prospects for UAE nationals looking to enter governmental and semi-governmental organisations in the country.
