| The Human Resources Partner CPE was formally established in 1987 as Sonatrach training centre for high level and applied techniques in management. Its main client is Sonatrach group, one of the world top twelve leading energy companies. CPE programs are focused on the satisfaction of Sonatrach training needs and constitute a support to the implementation of HR skills development projects. The programs delivery is mainly on a request basis as well as on short term seminars proposed in a yearly booklet. Partnerships are also relied on for very specific training needs leading to degrees for senior and middle managers in the fields of IT, auditing and international accounting and finance procedures & standards for instance. It is also the major technical support to the company for all workshops, conferences and brainstormings realised since 2001 and is now conducting for the company a major Knowledge Management research project. |
