Registration

All participants must complete a delegate registration form.

Getenergy requires a completed form and full payment before the event. International participants are charged £2,500 GBP per delegate. This fee enables Getenergy to allow Ministry of Oil delegates and other key Iraqi Universities and Colleges to participate in the discussions at no cost.

Given the nature of the discussions and the way in which this workshop will be convened, we reserve, without limitation, the right to refuse to accept registration from companies whom we deem not to be suitable.



ORGANISATIONAL NOTES:

Security, Visas, Travel and Accommodation.
