Methodology and Costs

The meeting will be a combination of a series of exchanges and seminars on specific topics and an exhibition area, or ‘learning arena’, populated by stands for participating oil and gas companies and international education and training providers.

Exchanges and seminars will be recorded and reports provided for all participants. A summary report of the overall meeting will also be agreed and delivered to participants.

The costs of the Iraqi delegates will be met by the relevant Ministries and oil companies. There will not be a delegate fee for participants from Iraq. International companies will be asked to pay for their stands and, where relevant, those of the international universities, colleges, and training organisations they may wish to sponsor for the meeting. Other international learning providers will meet their own delegate or stand fees.
