How to participate.
There are two ways to become involved in this event with Getenergy. Additionally, numerous sponsorship opportunities are being offered by KazMunayGaz and we would be happy to provide details to interested parties.
1) Getenergy Delegates:
Getenergy is offering a total of 50 delegate tickets to its entire community. The tickets enable people registering, to participate in the KazMunayGaz Annual HR Conference and the Getenergy Village event between the 6th – 7th November 2008.
Getenergy is selling the tickets at the standard registration price offered by KazMunayGaz who are organising the event. The fee is £262 (GBP) or $550 (USD).
In addition to the 2 day event, those delegates registering through Getenergy, will also be able to participate in a detailed visit to the Unified Training Centre to meet with key members of UTC/KMG staff. There is no additional charge for this activity, but it is only available to delegates registering from the Getenergy Community. We believe it will assist with important follow up conversations following the main event on the 6th and 7th November.
2) Exhibiting/Sponsoring Stands in the Village Learning Arena:
Getenergy and KazMunayGaz are offering a limited number of stand positions in a Learning Arena exhibition. As is usual with Getenergy events, all stands are the same size. We expect a number of Kazakh universities and colleges to be sponsored to attend the event. Kazakh Oil and Gas companies as well as foreign investors are planning to support the participation of these institutions. A handful of normal stands are available for members of the Getenergy community.
These stands are equally priced at £3250 (GBP). The package includes the stand itself, two free tickets to participate in the event an additional profile in the event materials and an opportunity to network with a wide range of influential executives and academic attendees.
